The Eastern Fall Secional was held at East Stroudsburg State University on October 24, 1999. There were 12 teams in division 3 and the Berks team won the gold medal for Group C. There were also individual skill awards given out to Sarah Milanek, (Gold),  Jim Adams (Silver), Ben Crowell (Silver), and Jackie Hoch (Gold)
