Opening Ceremonies
The Opening Ceremonies were done with the help of Bob Brightbill, Master of Ceremonies and Head Coach of the Boyertown Program. The Athletes of the year did the torch run and THE PENTONICS graciously sang the National Anthem. Rodney Delp our Global Messenger lead the athletes in the Special Olympics Oath, Allyn Swavely exalted ruler of the Reading Elks opened the games after a new award was given this year the most improved male and female bowlers.

| Allyn Swavely the Exalted Ruler of the Reading Elks, a major contributor to Special Olympics Berks County opened the games. In the center Greg Milanek, former County Manager of Special Olympics Berks County congratulates Loretta Stump, most improved female bowler and on the right Gene Noll, former exalted ruler of the Reading Elks and Crippled Kiddies Chairman with Bradley Noll, most improved male bowler. | ||
